Kawaii Hawaii 2006 pt3 by Banzchan Kawaii Hawaii 2006 pt3 by Banzchan
Inks. Doesn't look like much which is why I don't enjoy inking my work. It just seems like an extra step that that takes far too much time. Scanned at around 400dpi @150%, brightness /contrasted, converted to bitmap at 800dpi @ 50% threshold, converted back to greyscale and reduced to 400dpi. Colors early tomorrow.

yay for lineart! Personally, I think it would look nicer if the lines were a bit bolder... But thin lines like this are hard in and of them selves x.x

Can I color it too? :3 Pweeeease? I'd really like to try!

But the results are wonderful. I hated inking for so long. But when you go on to color the inks, they looks so great!

Hey Robert, how do you get your perfect circles done when you ink? Is there some sort of special rular or something? or do you just find a cup (like me) and trace it XD hah!

Circle templates. Some you'll have to look up on the internet for the bigger ones All the Office Max and Staples here seem to carry only the 8X11 plastic sheet. And remmeber, tape pennies under them to provide a nice beveled edge. Or I just put another template under another one. My pigmas tend to ride up on the circle edges. The sun is a great example of what could happen. X(

I actually have to say that the inks make the image bolder, and stand out more.
Looks good definately.
Very cute....and....very bright. *edges away* A bit...too happy.
The sun is totally wigging me out. :D
Regardless, very nice.
