Description

Back in 2002 I first started these chibi badges at Anime Central and at most cons after that. How it worked is that you stopped by my booth and made a reservation, you filled the card out, came back at the designated time, sat at the booth for about 35 minutes while I drew your card, laminated it, clipped it, and you wore it on you throughout the rest of the weekend. Some, like teachers and nurses, informed me they wore them to work.

I stopped doing them over a year ago due to too many distractions as some of the shows got insanely bigger and louder. I told those who still wanted them that someday I'd look into producing them at home where I can make them in a much calm and peaceful environment and I can mail them directly to them.

That someday is today. I've started taking them and, this time, video taping them and posting them on a Youtube channel [link] so the purchaser can see their card being made. One card usually run $20 at the show, but I'm bringing them down to $15, for now. If you're interested in getting one, note me and I'll send you more info.

This very one will be my first episode, LadyFae, a kind friend from the east coast. I get a lot griping on my past shows that I should add music to my videos. I just may fill the dead air instead with me telling stories of con experiences. Maybe I'll get some guest industry and/or anime voice actors to come aboard and tell their con experiences.
