A piece created for the game mag, PSM. I think for a top ten list of the best Playstation One games back in 1998. I didn't have much reference except for a couple of screen shots and a commercial from memory to go by. Now over the years after owning the past three games, tonight I added a few more elements from them. Originally there were no gems, buildings, water, and a few touch ups here and there.
Where Spyro ranked is your guess is good as mine. All I know it was a fun and well designed game. I wouldn't mind pulling out the first two disks and wasting a weekend playing them again.
Haha. That's great. I love the curved perspective of the piece. Gives it a depth that would otherwise have left the piece pretty flat. You're nifty haha.
I actually just beat the 2nd game this past weekend cause I had to urge to replay it. I loved Spyro :3
Also been meaning to look for some more Spyro fanart ^^

-LOST HEAVEN-
We'll say goodbye, lost Heaven.
How we longed for Heaven.
We're letting go of something we never had.
Times go so fast, Heaven is lost.

When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Have a great time everyone and please fav this article so as many people can see the featured works. I would recommend seeing each one and faving them too.

Spyro was the best. At least, before it got driven into gaming oblivion by too many sequels.
